How do reminders work?
In the iPhone and Android apps, reminders are phone notifications that arrive at dose time even when Cadence is closed. Turn them on in Settings → Reminders, and tap Mark as taken on a reminder to log that dose. On the website, reminders only work while Cadence is open, so add your doses to your calendar from Settings → Calendar to get alerts at any time.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
- iPhone: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Cadence.
- Android: open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Website: in Cadence, open Settings → Subscription → Manage.
Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. To avoid being charged after a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
I paid, but Cadence asks me to subscribe
Make sure you're signed in to the same Cadence account you subscribed with. In the iPhone or Android app, tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen or in Settings → Subscription. If that doesn't fix it, email us.
I signed up with Google on the website. How do I sign in to the app?
The iPhone and Android apps use email and password. On the app's sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter your Google email address. We'll email you a link to set a password, and then you can sign in to the app with it.
How do I export or delete my data?
Export a copy in Settings → Your data → Export backup. To delete your account and everything in it, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, or see Delete your account.
Can Cadence tell me what dose to take?
No. Cadence records what you enter and does arithmetic on your numbers; it doesn't give medical advice or recommend any peptide, dose or schedule. Ask a licensed healthcare professional. In an emergency call 911, or Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.
