This page explains how to delete your account in Cadence, the peptide dose tracker by Isaiah Duran, doing business as Cadence, and what happens to your data.
Delete it in the app
Open Cadence on your phone or at clickcadence.app, go to Settings → Account, tap Delete account, then tap again to confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
Can't sign in? Ask us
Email cadencessupport@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm it's you and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What's deleted
- Your account and profile: name, email address, phone number and password.
- Everything you logged: peptides, schedules, doses, injection sites, notes, vial details and settings.
- Your consent records, and Cadence's copy of your data on your devices the next time they connect.
What's kept, and for how long
- Copies in our providers' routine backups, until those backups expire.
- Purchase records (plan, dates and amounts, with no health information), kept by us and our payment providers for as long as tax, accounting and fraud-prevention rules require.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it first: on iPhone in the Settings app under your name → Subscriptions, or on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Website subscriptions can be cancelled in Cadence under Settings → Subscription. See the Privacy Policy for more.
